OutCave team

OutCave wasn't born on a big stage

You might be picturing someone like Flávio Augusto, Érico Rocha, Thiago Finch, or Joel Jota behind OutCave, one of those names you see on Brazil's big stages talking about business, marketing, sales, and growth.

No.

OutCave was started by two young people: Geovana Medeiros and Thiago Facco.

Two young people without the biggest name in the market. Without millions of followers. Without a ready-made story to tell. What they had was one thing: a thirst to make things happen.

For more than four years, our story was built in a far less glamorous way than it looks on social media. Working. Testing. Getting it wrong. Learning. Improving. Applying. And working again.

That's how we got here. It wasn't a big keynote that built OutCave. It was the companies that trusted us.

  • 01The clients who needed to sell.
  • 02The campaigns that needed to work.
  • 03The targets that had to be hit.

We grew by helping other companies grow.

Along the way, we've worked with different businesses, markets, and challenges. We've talked a lot about sales, growth, marketing, differentiation, positioning, and how a company can claim a bigger share of its market.

And we could keep talking about all of that. But here we want to talk about something that comes before any strategy: why do we do this?

Because something drives OutCave beyond the money we can help bring into your company. We want to change the game.

And when we say change the game, we don't mean changing a color on Instagram. Or bumping up a few metrics in a report. Or doing marketing just because “every company needs to do marketing.”

We mean looking at a company and asking:

  1. 01Where are you today?
  2. 02Where could you be?
  3. 03And what's keeping you from getting there?

From there, our job is to close that gap. Sometimes the problem is the brand. Sometimes it's acquisition, content, strategy, sales, positioning, technology, or the channel. And often it's several of these at once.

That's exactly why we built a marketing ecosystem. We don't want to see just one small part of your company. We want to see the whole game.

Because any company can end up stuck inside its own cave. Doing the same things. Talking to the same people. Selling the same way. Repeating strategies that no longer deliver the same results. Meanwhile, outside, there's a whole world of opportunity it still can't see.

That's where our restlessness comes from. We don't just want to provide services to your company. We want to get your company out of the cave. From A to Z, if that's what it takes.

Finding opportunities that were sitting in the dark. Questioning what has “always been done this way.” Testing. Learning. Applying. And finding out how far we can take your business.

  • New markets.
  • New customers.
  • New channels.
  • New technologies.
  • New ways to communicate.
  • New ways to sell.

Step out of the cave. There's a world of opportunity out there.

Because the thirst that led two young people to start OutCave is still here. Maybe even stronger. The difference is that now we have more experience, more structure, more people, more tools, and more stories to prove what we've learned along the way.

We're still thirsty. Only now… the next well could be your company.

Milestones

The OutCave journey.

From a restless idea in 2023 to a marketing ecosystem: the tools change, the goal stays the same, helping our clients grow.

  1. 2023

    Where it all began

Nichollas Marshell brought in Geovana Medeiros and Thiago Facco to help the Hub's companies bring in more revenue. Pro Solus and Sanspray came on board in the first months and are still with us.

  2. 2024

    OutCave crosses borders

We opened a company in California and started serving clients beyond familiar ground.

  3. 2025

    Growth built on relationships

Clients stopped being accounts. Knowing a company's history is what lets us take part in its next move.

  4. 2026

    A specialization in agribusiness

Pro Solus, Campo Mourão, and the Agro Ideas Podcast led to Agro Ideas Marketing, OutCave's agribusiness arm.

  5. 2026

    From agency to ecosystem

Brand, acquisition, content, channels, and technology connected across the client's company, instead of a different vendor for each need.

What hasn't changed since 2023

“How can we help these companies bring in more revenue?”

The products, the markets, and the size of the operation have changed. The question is still the same.

2023 was the beginning.

2026 is the expansion.

An entire ecosystem focused on your company.
